“Wordless Wednesday” is a cool idea. Did you take the photo? (I like it).
Before I started blogging I thought that blogging was more of everybody talking and nobody listening… I guess it’s somewhat true, but I’ve learned that some people are saying things worth reading. In fact, there just isn’t enough time to read everything I’d like to. A “Wordless Wednesday” might give us all a breather and a chance to just look and think!
I love taking pictures. My interest in photography began when I was in my early 20s - when it occurred to me that with a camera I could create the things my hands/fingers were not clever enough to make. The artist was in me, trying to find a way of expressing things I’d see or feel. Believe it or not, forty years passed before I found the time to get serious about photography. (Marriage, kids, jobs, etc.)
I wish you all the best in your creative work. Soak up all the “life” you can so that you can eventually give it back to us in your art, and may yours be a wonderful journey.
By the way, I especially like your lynx drawing. We have bobcats (which are slightly smaller than lynx, but similar) where I live - though they are few and far between - and I have heard one scream in the night. ‘Give you the heebie-jeebies, a blood-curdling, sort of woman’s voice scream!
It’s amazing… nothing man builts can ever compete with nature! Unless that one is manbuilt - and then this is me turning into the contents of a Campbell Tomato Soup can…
That a really cool photo. Oh and by the way the video of my dog getting his ears cleaned.. He sounds tough but he’s not really.
I’m glad that you like it. My dad took the picture last summer.
